Cancellations & Refunds:
To ensure everyone in our community has a chance to move, we enforce a 6-hour cancellation policy.

Cancellations: If you cancel outside of this 6-hour window, your credit will be returned to your account. Cancellations made within 6 hours of class are non-refundable.

Medical Exceptions: Refunds are only issued in the event of an injury or illness, supported by a valid doctor’s note.

Usage: We do not offer refunds for any unused portions of class credits or packages.
Class Packages:
All class packages are for individual use only. They are non-transferable and cannot be shared between different students.
Community Accessibility:
We believe movement should be accessible. We offer a Community Rate for those experiencing financial barriers, with 5 spots available per class on a first-come, first-served basis.
Arrival & Late Policy:
Your safety is our priority. Please aim to arrive at least 5 minutes before class begins to get settled.

Grace Period: We offer a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. However, for your safety (to ensure you don't miss the essential warm-up), entry may not be permitted beyond this window.
Disclosure of personal information:
At Move with Navid, we value your privacy and never sell your personal information to third parties. We only share your data with trusted partners who help us run our business—such as processing your payments, assisting with marketing, or analyzing data to improve our services. These partners are strictly limited to using your information only for the specific tasks we’ve hired them to do, ensuring your details stay secure and private while you focus on your movement.
